The Archconfraternity of the Knights of Saint Francis of Assisi
February 21st - Tuesday: A day of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament followed at 4:30 p.m. with Mass celebrated by Monsignor Schlitt
March 31st – Saturday - (time TBA): KOSF Retreat on the San Damiano Cross with William Short, O.F.M. Concludes with Mass and “Presentation of the Pins” Ceremony for the Knights of Saint Francis of Assisi and investiture of the New Knights
April 5th - Holy Thursday @ 7:00 p.m.: Mass of the Last Supper. Commemoration of the institution of the three pillars of the Catholic Faith: "Sacrament of Holy Communion" priesthood and the includes the Ritual of the “Washing of the Feet”
April 6th - Good Friday – Noon to 3:00 p.m.: Services in the Upper Church
May 1st –Tuesday @ 6:00 p.m.: May Crowning of Our Lady signifying her as Queen of Heaven"Mother of God. Procession from the Upper Church to La Porziuncola Nuova.
May 1st thru August 11th: Madonna Exhibit from The Porziuncola Museo in Assisi and the celebration of Mass with Frate Massimo Pazzini and Frate Saul
May 25th – Friday @ 6:00 p.m.: Feast Day of Padre Pio (May 23rd) Recitation of the Padre Pio Rosary
June 13th – Wednesday @ 6:00 p.m.: Mass In La Porziuncola Nuova for the Feast Day of Sant'Antonio celebrated by Fr. Jim McKearney of St. Patrick’s Seminary and University
August 2nd – Thursday @ 6:00 p.m.: Day of Pardon Sacramental Confessions and Mass
August 11th – Saturday @ 6:00 p.m.: The Feast Day of Santa Chiara
(April 16th - August 11th celebrates the 800 year anniversary of Santa Chiara)
September 8th – Saturday @ 6:00 p.m.: Commemoration of Our Lady’s Birthday, the Holy Rosary is chanted or sung
September 29th – Saturday @ 6:00 p.m.: Feast Day of Saints Michael, Gabriel and Raphael, Archangels
October 3rd – Wednesday @ 6:00 p.m.: Celebrating the Transitus of Saint Francis
October 4th – Thursday @ 6:00 p.m.: Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi, Mass in the Porziuncola for the Knights and procession through North Beach.
December 23rd – Sunday @ 5:00 p.m.: Knights of Saint Francis Live Nativity
